It may not be new, but the question persists. Where is the Constitutional authority, and where is the approval of the States and other jurisdictions for which this land will be removed from generating revenue?

One guy with a pen can take 260,000,000 acres out of the productive land in the US? Without the approval of the States involved?

Neither a good precedent to allow nor to allow to continue unchallenged.
