The Oklahoma Supreme Court, in a 7-2 decision, has ordered a monument of the Ten Commandments removed from the state Capitol.
Calling the Commandments “religious in nature and an integral part of the Jewish and Christian faiths,” ... monument must go.
Gov. Mary Fallin has refused. And Oklahoma lawmakers instead have filed legislation to let voters cut out of their constitution the specific article the justices invoked. Some legislators want the justices impeached.
Fallin’s action seems a harbinger of what is to come in America – an era of civil disobedience like the 1960s, where court orders are defied and laws ignored in the name of conscience and a higher law.
Only this time, the rebellion is likely to arise from the right.

U.S. Supreme Court decisions have been defied and those who defied them lionized by modernity. Thomas Jefferson freed all imprisoned under the sedition act, including those convicted in court trials presided over by Supreme Court justices. Jefferson then declared the law dead.

Don’t forget, the president and attorney general routinely ignore laws they don’t personally like. And they pretend to pass laws Congress refuses to enact.
ISIS wont have any American symbols they need to tear down when they get here. The Leftists will have already done it for them. Why do the locals put up with it? Hell on earth is coming and it won’t be pretty.
Of the two factors, it was the integrity that was by far the strongest.

There may not be any symbols at all, on the right or the left.
They will come next for our historical figures; it will start with confederate generals, one after another, then Washington, Jefferson and even Lincoln for what he said that he would allow slavery if it would preserve the Union. It will never end. PC freedom of speech suppression will continue and get worse.
However, this is a two way street. Most of the leftist heroes were severely flawed humans, also. Why should they be immune?

Christians, pseudo and quasi and genuine, have allowed the godless animals of the left hijack education, entertainment and government for 50 years. I’m skeptical that the country can be recovered. Can homosexuals be forced back “into the closet?” I’m not sure. And the events in the article take place in OK. Lot’s of deviant behavior here as well.
