Seattle City Council president Tim Burgess is proposing a new tax on guns. The proposal would tax gun sales $25 per gun and add a five cent-tax on each round of ammunition.
Five cents per round adds up to a roughly $2.50 increase for a box off handgun ammunition.
The legislation would also impose a $500 fine on gun owners who do not report guns lost or stolen.

“I meant no disrespect to you conservative Californians; of course Seattle has home grown left-wingers.”
Yeah the whole country has suffered as a result of the Northeast. Liberals “crap in their own nests,” move to get away from the mess they’ve made, and start the same process over again. They seem to have cognitive dissonance because they never seem to connect cause and effect. In that regard, they are like the Greeks!

How about a tax on homosexual ass-bandits> We are supposed to just support homosexual rights after the SC ruling, but, the left gets two (2) SC rulings clearly identifying the right to keep and bear arms is an individual right and they just keep attacking and bullying America's 2nd amendment God given protected right!
So let's give it back to them in spades, let's keep bullying and attacking the ass-bandits with 72 day waiting periods before a marriage license can be given, background checks on ass-bandits, tax on all homosexual marriages, registration of all homosexuals, photo ID’s and permits for all homosexuals, posting in all public forums and newspapers photos of the homosexuals who apply for a marriage license, just to start!
That knife cuts both ways socialist!

Does Seattle City Council president Tim Burgess have an interest in a gun shop outside Seattle City limits? Driving business outside the city is the effect this would have.
