Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) says the 1st Amendments religious liberty protections dont apply to individuals. On MSNBC last week, Wisconsins junior Senator claimed that the Constitutions protection of the free exercise of religion extends only to religious institutions, and that individuals do not have a right to the free exercise of their own religion.

Well, she probably thinks the First Amendment still applies to wealthy liberal Democrat movie actors and producers in Hollyweird and Manhattan. Certainly, she would not want to bite the hand that still feed her and her party, eh?

She is basically saying that there are 300 million Americans and they cannot all each have there own individual unique religion.
That is what she thinks the first amendment says.

For a U.S. Senator to say such a stupid thing is scary. If she really is an attorney, she should be disbarred. She needs to be censured by the Senate.
