The U.S. Women's National Team won its first Women's World Cup title since 1999, beating Japan 5-2 Sunday.
The USA is the only country to ever win three Women's World Cup titles.

Forgetting whatever that was that was leaked during “The Fappening”, I wouldn’t go near her as she’s an abuser.
Forget the Hope Solo thing. It was domestic only because she was related to the 250 lb 6’2” nephew that she pushed down.
I am not condoning it. She was drunk and obnoxious. BUT, it wasn’t Ray Rice punching out his baby momma.
Congratulations to Hope and all the US Women. Great game. Grat tournament. All for little or no pay. It’s easy to pull for these players because they really do it for the love of the game.

But if this was the men’s team and the goalie was under investigation for the exact same charges as Solo is, it would have been broadcast 24/7. The “outrage” would have been worldwide.
But because it’s a woman, not a peep. That’s wrong. Very wrong.

Excellent game. Japan wasn’t ready for the US in the first half, and US wasn’t ready for Japan in the second. Both teams were superb!

Not all of us take soccer seriously. Some of us don’t even take the WNBA seriously.
But I heard MLB has a female pitcher. That’s pretty cool.
