I live near Tampa, but on an island. Which had, in the 2010 Census, 94.59% non-Hispanic Caucasian population. So, I'm not sweating this phenomenon, but I would suggest the discovery of the stolen weapons is not the significant aspect - it is the culture. The hyper violent black urban culture. That has to change.
