CNNs State of the Union panel ripped former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her campaign Sunday one day after staffers corralled the press behind a rope as Clinton walked in a Fourth of July parade in New Hampshire.
The panel consisting of CNN contributors S.E. Cupp and Van Jones, The Wall Street Journals Carol Lee, and CNN political reporter Jeff Zeleny roasted Clintons rope line, with Jones calling it the worst visual metaphor for her campaign.
This is humiliating for reporters who have to abide by Hillary Clintons rules of journalism, Cupp told host Jake Tapper. And its not just this. I mean, the entire campaign, she has kept them at a distance, she barely answers questions, theres all these rules. And actually I dont blame her, I blame reporters who put up with this. The second they decide were not doing this anymore, were not going to cover your glossy events the way you want it, then shell be forced to change this behavior.

She looks like some carnival side show act, some hybrid, human-she dog, roped off for everyone's safety.
This woman has no savoir faire, common sense, modicum of civility. She's essentially a pit bull on PMS, with a bodily silhouette of a bowling pin
she-dog, bowling pin, roped off pings list.
Any reporter that allows him/herself to be controlled by such a silly method brings new meaning to the phrase “rope a dope”
What?
You have something against coronations?
After all, it is “her turn”.
Fair and honest elections?
Don’t make me laugh!
Bernie Sanders is getting some big enthusiastic crowds at his events.
Compared to Hillary’s coronation tour, it’s like night and day.
While Hillary has strong support in the Democrat party, she can’t take this nomination for granted. These optics are horrible. These optics make it appears that she does take this nomination for granted. Taking things for granted has upended more than one politico in years past in Iowa and New Hampshire.
Gee,but it’s such a cheerful looking rope with the bright colors. Hillary has thought of everything. Nothing is to good for her fellow Americans!
No it’s because she’s A. A Democrat. B. A female and C. A female Democrat. Notice how Palin was treated for much less obvious press manipulation.
Funny, they are concerned about a rope line, but not by the leash connected to their nose rings.
Good one.
The only time these fools recognize citizen’s rights, is when their’s are temporarily tampered with.
Mrs Clinton’s involvement with crimes far and wide don’t matter to them, but hey, if they’re inconvenienced, why it just isn’t right!
My suggestion is for them to hold a pitty party. Invite all your close friends folks, because the rest of us can’t hear you. Just not listening...
Why? Read your own tripe and figure it out for yourselves.
The running of the rump swabbers. They deserve no less.
LEAVE HILLARY ALONE !!!!!!
If a Republican tried this reporters would find a pair...
The press kisses Hillary’s behind because without democrats lazy MSM editors wouldn’t have stories...
Feed me. Feed me.
Hoo Hah! Then we'll finally find out if its 'Boxers or Briefs".
If they don’t stay roped in, and play by DNC rules, their own publications fire them. They are dopes in 360 degrees.
Old Stumpy out for a walk.
No surprise, they’re already leash trained. In a pinch she can get them to play dead.
Exactly what I thought. They have no choice but to participate in this silliness. I’m sure their license plates have already been scanned and their tax info downloaded.
S. E. Cupp may want to make sure she’s got some good knee cap insurance and make sure she keeps it paid up. The Clinton Machine does not take kindly to bad press.
No it gets worse
On the cover of toads Sunday NYTwe have photos of candidates. Selfies. Hers is the biggest of course. It is awful. Some young blonde selfies w Hillary her arm around her. It may as well be the girl with her grandmother. Gil has a face like oh what are we doing. No I don’t look right. How can I get rid of that camera/photo/ photographer
