He can’t. Navy Yard is (ironically) a Gun Free Zone. All armed forces bases are gun free zones. Absolutely outrageous.

She was a confused woman who merely drove into a barrier, emerged from the car unarmed and got gunned down by a group of DC Police while her baby daughter was in the back seat. There is a link to her at the bottom of my freeper page. Almost nobody even remembers her name, though they undoubtedly remember the names of thugs like Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown.
