Watching the Kelly File right now where she is breaking some news, discussing the Freddy Gray case. You all may remember the news article about Donta Allen stating that he heard Freddy Gray "trying to hurt himself" inside the van. These claims he later denied to the media, claiming he never even spoke to an investigator.
Well, according to Kelly, in a massive evidence dump today, not only did Donta Allen say what the original news article claimed, but the interview is on video. On that video he says "he was trying to hurt himself."
Kelly is saying there's no way the court will be able to find the cops guilty at this point.
Kelly also says that she is "able to report tonight" that, so far, despite all attempts by the prosecutor otherwise, "no one has flipped" on the other. IOW, none of the cops are pointing fingers of guilt.
The only hope the prosecution has is if the cops turn on each other and they all know better.

In addition, there is no way this case will be tried in Baltimore. Venue will be moved to somewhere (in rural/suburban Maryland) where prosecutor’s constant inaccurate statements about guilt and bringing charges to “listen to” the rioters will precondition potential jurors against the State.
Strong possibility: Some charges dismissed on motion, without even going to trial, more riots, etc.
I never was a criminal defense attorney, but I would love to be one of this case.
