Try reformatting your floppy drive and re-install ms-dos.

format /sys

Try closing whatever browser you're using and reopen the page with Netscape Navigator.

Or - if that doesn’t work proceed in this order:
1. run a file-undelete operation using “deep-scan”.
2. upgrade the motherboard bios.
3. reformat your main drive and re-install the OS...
