Gotta wonder what made people keep their money in the banks there this long. This time next weeks, you might can say the same thing about American equity markets.

The Greeks asked for socialism, and they are going to get a good dose of reality shortly.

Define “overpriced”. People throw that around a lot.
High prices do not equate to overpriced”.

Remember the 2008 crash? It actually turned into a buy opportunity for many investors willing to sit out the initial crash, and they made a fortune because of it.
But the real interesting aspect of this entire crisis is the real possibility of a military coup like what happened in 1967. The effective collapse of the civilian Greek government with the default now makes a coup increasingly likely.

The American equity markets are by far the best place in the world to invest, even with the POS politicians we have.

Chinese stock market is also looking historically bad.
Could be a very interesting few days before our three-day weekend.
Possible terrorist attack would be even more bad news at about the same time.
Enjoy and live your lives folks, but be a little more ready than usual. Can’t hurt even if nothing does happen.

Deutchebank is holding over 57 TRILLION dollars in Credit Default Swaps related to Greek Debts. Yeah, that's gonna leave a mark no matter how this thing bounces. BTT

Get your olive oil only from Spain or California. Those are the only two countries who by law can only sell 100% olive oil and can’t dilute it with other oil like vegetable oil. Apparently, some companies have been known to dilute their olive oil.

I wonder if George sorts is involved in this crisis. It would be just up his alley to bring a country down. Even if, and maybe especially if, it’s his own country.

Bottom line on referendum....... Yes vote ‘may’ open the banks... No vote keeps them closed indefinitely.
