Continuing his critique of the Supreme Courts recent decisions on Obamacare and same-sex marriage, Sen. Ted Cruz said Friday that the rulings mark some of the darkest 24 hours in our nations history.
Cruz made the comments in an interview on Sean Hannitys radio show Friday afternoon.
Today is some of the darkest 24 hours in our nations history, Cruz said.
I couldnt say it more eloquently, Hannity responded.
Yesterday and today were both naked and shameless judicial activism, Cruz said. Neither decision the decision yesterday rewriting Obamacare for the second time. Six justices joined the Obama administration. You now have President Obama, Kathleen Sebelius and six justices responsible for forcing this failed disaster of a law on millions of Americans, and simply rewriting the law in a way that is fundamentally contrary to their judicial oaths.
And then today, this radical decision purporting to strike down the marriage laws of every state. It has no connection to the United States Constitution. They are simply making it up, Cruz said. It is lawless, and in doing so, they have undermined the fundamentally legitimacy of the United States Supreme Court.(continued)

I don’t trust rich billionaires either.
The rich support liberalism in my community and Trump gave most of his political contributions to Democrats.
His slam at Jeb Bush in the last 24 hours over the SC decision reminded me of the rich man Perot who slammed Bush 41 when Perot was running in 1992.
Is Trump slamming Jeb Bush for Hillary like Perot stalked for Bill as a third party in 1992 and 1996??????
I hope Cruz is the real deal and I’ve put my money on him.
Cruz warned when he announced that the pretend conservatives would follow him and they seem to have come out of the woodwork.
Yes, very true. The market is saturated now, everything is available. Certain defense ammo I haven’t seen in years. Various brands of all ammo in stock. AR’s are at all time low in price. AK’s back but a bit pricier. Mags for all cheap and deep. .22 ammo actually making a comeback at my Cabelas, more than I’ve seen in years. Limit one though. Good change of clothes in car and different teller comes handy.
I like him. I’m going to have a hard time deciding between Cruz and Trump.
Trump is a closet Democrat. Remember, he supports single payer and supported Obama in 2008.
Just saying..
Pretty good. I’d go with Pearl Harbor over the ‘29 crash though. Loss of life and all...
You know what? H-1B Visas don’t matter one single bit any more if there’s no country left to work IN.
At the moment, the nation called the United States is rapidly crashing down. Foreign workers have suddenly been relegated to not-important-at-all when the ruling class have decided to become out and out tyrants.
So stop shilling for Trump and start working to save your country instead.
“So stop shilling for Trump and start working to save your country instead.”
If foreigners flood/invade your country you don’t have one.
We ALREADY don’t have a country; we have a fiefdom, and we’re the serfs.
Your complaining about the foreigners is, as of yesterday, nothing but empty noise and a distraction from the fact that the tyrants in DC are claiming absolute power for themselves.
Part of that power they are abusing is by the vote, and they are flooding with foreigners that vote. I would think you’d be concerned about turning off the power of the vote spigot. They can’t get elected without the illegal voting going on.
The ‘vote spigot’ doesn’t matter any more now that not only the rule of law, but also democracy has been overturned at the whim of Washington.
Work visas don’t matter any more either, and whether Cruz voted for or against them. Because Obama’s government has just proved that they can change the law without any consent from Congress or the people.
Cruz supporting visas for whatever reason simply doesn’t matter now, because unless the rule of law is restored, Obama’s just gonna do whatever the hell he wants, and that includes those visas that you’re so concerned about.
Dear God, I WISH that the only problem we had was a debate about immigration.
Pearl Harbor was pretty bad. The dissolution of the Union and the most deadly Civil War battles were petty bad too. Dredd Scott decision was bad. Well there is a long list of things that have been much worse to be honest. This is just Cruz being hyperbolic.

I'd settle for that.
