It might be time for a partition of the United States. I mean, if you have two totally opposed visions of government, how can you continue together?
Several years ago on VFR (a banned website here, sorry) there was a discussion on the partition issue, with some concrete proposals. I recommend you google that website
and check it out.
We're there now. Going forward from today, we MUST choose one or the other of those paths. The republic is essentially destroyed.

With 38 states, the Supreme Court can be dissolved, the President booted from office, even eliminate Congress.
38 states acting as one is the ultimate authority in this country.
