WASHINGTON (AP) His health care legacy secure, President Barack Obama cast Thursday's Supreme Court ruling upholding Obamacare as a historic and emphatic declaration that the law has now been "woven into the fabric of America."
"This is reality," Obama said in a celebratory statement in the Rose Garden. "We can see how it is working."

This is tyranny. Yes, and it is reality.
So shall we just declare him Emperor for Life, shred the Constitution, move to Costa Rica, or curl up in a fetal ball.. and let the bus he tossed us all under run is over again and again. Roberts is apparently OK with that.
He is so smug.
The right should say “We will NEVER move on or give up...” The left never moves on on any subject. That’s the way it goes. You fight and fight and fight and then fight some more. Welcome to politics. Bama thinks he can intimidate people, and largely he can. But we should not let him.
OBAMACARE IS A CANCER THAT WILL FIRST DESTROY HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AND THEN HEALTHCARE AND THEN THE ECONOMY....
A COMMMIE POS THAT COMES FROM THE MIND OF A COMMIE POS...
Most people (and voters) hate Obamacare. I don't see this as more than a Pyrrhic victory for Obama. He can't blame the Republicans when Obamacare doesn't work -- which it doesn't.
It’s woven into the fabric, and therefore it must stand even if it’s unconstitutional.
Yes, this is the sort of constitutional “protection” the SCOTUS now offers.
They no longer have any legal value. They are purely a political organization now. They have officially jumped the shark as a “legal” entity and have lost all credibility.
It is also a war on the mostly white middle class. Anyone who doesn't qualify for a subsidy, and wants to protect both health and savings, has seen their premiums skyrocket, their deductibles boosted, and the freedom of medical choices cut through narrowing of networks and limitations on doctor selection.
It's Obama's version of transfer pricing! The poor, who are statistically non-white, get subsidized care, and YT pays for it.
Not right away. Healthcare companies are all exploding higher today to new 52-week and even 5 year highs. They will make a mint....until Hillary puts in Single Payer. Then the gravy train will go over the cliff.
We will not comply. Your move.
Put 6 of those REPROBATES in RED ROBES !
America is now irreversibly on the road to socialist mediocrity and Soviet-style failure.
There is no going back.
I’ll fight this to my dying breath.
The patients/consumers are the ones being screwed by Obamacare. They always have been. Hillary's single constant is crony capitalism. So long as the health care industry donates generously to the Clinton Foundation and the Democrats, they should do fine.
Our Healthcare Premiums at $1,900 a Month are more than our Mortgage Payment. I assume an Increase of at last $300 a Month will hit us this January.
In December of 2013, we were paying $1,200 a Month.
Things just couldn’t get any better.
He says, as he proceeds to rip the fabric of America to shreds.
This is tyranny. Yes, and it is reality.
not to do what they said it would do,
but what they wanted it to do.
POSIWID
I don’t see them putting in Single Payer.
They don’t need to. ObamaCare is Corporatist/Crony Capitalism economics. The government is totally in control (command economics) and gets to call the shots. The means of implementation is in private hands, but under government direction. The public is mandated to pay for it.
So, again, no need for single payer. Especially since the corporations can funnel some of their profits into political activities (read: Democrat coffers) ensuring that the system isn’t changed.
You can lead a horse to water reality, but you can't make it drink...
It is no longer the Supreme Court. It is the EXTREME Court!
