Confederate battle flag debate aside, I think Ann Coulter has lost her mind. She at least used to keep her facts reasonably straight, but now she just doesn’t seen to care whether her comments are accurate or not.
So, wonder what Ann thinks about Trumps comments then?
Modern immigrants are NOT being forced to understand or even study American history. I served on jury duty once with a Korean immigrant who didn’t know what the 5th Amendment was. Try dealing with that. They come here for economic freedom and couldn’t care less what happened before 2010.
Nikki Haley isn’t an immigrant; her parents were. So were mine.

I do not agree with Nikki Haley taking down the confederate flag, and for that matter I have never been too fond of her. However, from the viewpoint a red blooded conservative who’s grandparents were immigrants and had a hand raising me with their love of this country, I think Coulter is full of BS in her argument.
The left smells blood and they are now looking under every rock to root out non politically correct symbols and thought. In Orlando the unionista one-worlders are drumming up support to remove a confederate statue that has stood in the downtown area for 104 years, and they will probably be successful as far left mayor Buddy Dyer is pandering pos.
Haley chooses to do what is best for her career.

Seeing as how those of my Ancestors who lived in America at the time were Pennsylvania Methodist Abolitionists, two of whom died in the Civil War, I’ve no emotional connection with the Stars & Bars myself. The majority of my ancestors at that time were in Europe or Mexico. Yet I guess Ann wouldn’t consider me a real Americam. The Stars and Stripes is the only flag for our family.
Maybe some slow learners like D’nesh D’Souza could take some lessons on American History from Miss Coulter.

Coulter is right. Haley has no concept of the history of the South. I hope she’s in her last term because good luck running for Governor again. Roy Barnes thought he would get rid of the GA flag in a midnight session and get a 2nd term as Governor. That did not work out well.
