In a small field, maybe Jindal could emerge. I think a lot of voters will like Jindal, but I don’t think he’ll be their actual choice in many cases.

I like Jindal but he doesn’t have a chance.
If I’ll be honest. only Cruz, Paul and Jindal would hold my attention in a debate.
Jeb, Rubio, Perry and Walker unfortunately have too much RINO attention for me to give Jindal any shot in hell of making waves.
And then there’s the sideshows in Trump and Graham...sigh.
