I’m not sure what exactly the point would be in gaining control of water in a place that gets as much rainfall as the Midwest and Northeast. If the UN controls the water supply, just stand outside and look up at the sky with your mouth open for a while. LOL.
Elect local sheriffs that will protect you if you defy the UN/Fedgov.
