The gun was legally purchased and given as a gift, father to son.....My dad and mom gave me a 12 gauge shotgun for my graduation from grade school gift.....I was 13 years old, had been deer hunting in Wisconsin for 2-3 years, knew how to handle and care for a gun....and I haven’t shot even 1 person yet.....
