The answer to all of those questions except the last (”What do we do about it?”) is “It would be treason.”

Good for Judge Napolitano.
All things that I’ve wondered, and some of them I’ve believed since early in the Benghazi event.

One of the few willing to lay it all out. Judge Napolitano is putting himself out there if the grip of tyranny grows much tighter in the US.

What if it all happened before, but it was a Republican administration? What if a Democrat Congress prevented a Republican President from supplying arms to rebels in Nicaragua? What if the Republican administration attempted to bypass Congress by selling arms to rebels in Iran and used those proceeds to supply the rebels in Nicaragua?
What if the Democrats found out and held open hearings? What it the National Security Advisor, Deputy National Security Advisor, Assistant Secretary of State, and others were convicted because of this?
What if the Secretary of Defense was indicted on perjury and obstruction charges, timed to influence the upcoming Presidential election?
What if the wife of the Democrat President who won that election is behind the plot to arm the terrorists today?

Nice article Judge N. But I do have a problem with this near the end:
"... What if the stated purpose of the committee -- to seek the truth about Benghazi -- is not the true purpose? What if the real purpose of that committee is to suppress the truth so that the president and Clinton and the other conspirators do not get indicted? What if the truth is the last thing the conspirators want to see come out? ..."
If hiding the truth is the goal then the absolute worst choice for committee chairman would be Trey Gowdy. He is an ex-prosecutor and, IMHO, as straight arrow as they come.
There have been previous Benghazi committees where the Judge is correct but not the current one. Gowdy is slow and methodical but he is turning over rocks and we are finding things out. Give him some time.
