Is that real hair or a wig? If real, distinctive enough they should have him identified within the coming day, hopefully dead by nightfall.
The description I read said “ short sandy blond hair”?

And it might be the lighting, but he doesn't look "white" in that picture. Light-skinned black, Hispanic, or Middle-Eastern, but not the kind of white associated with blonde hair.
