Barak Hassan Obama is a SUNNI MOSLEM and is acting rationally and effectively in the interests of establishing the Sunni Caliphate for all the World and in eliminating the two most immediate irritants and threats to that caliphate- Israel and Iran. By making sure that Iran becomes nuclear capable he increases radically the odds that Iran will attack Israel, perhaps wipe out Tel Aviv and maybe Haifa, or even Jerusalem (Iran is Shia and Jerusalem is of rather less significance to Shias except as propaganda). The IDF would retaliate from its remote sites and subs and Iran would cease to exist as Israel becomes radically weakened and subject to takeover by its neighbors when they see the opportunity, regardless of present understandings. Of course that doesn’t make room for the possibility that Israel has some anti missile capability we know not yet of.
