I’ve known women/girls from very strict Christian sects that would probably be more comfortable in similar circumstances than at a typical water park.

Oops, posted too soon... not that any of them would be cool with the Islamic prayer stuff, but the modesty and female lifeguards would have worked for some I’ve known,

Way back in the 1960s, I worked as lifeguard at a private community pool for two summers. They had a "women's only" night that was appropriate for nuns and for Muslims. All women could attend if they wore appropriate attire. Me too, as lifeguard. FWIW my short-skirted heavier cotton swim dress with modest but non-restrictive lines is quite attractive. Those swim dresses actually frame the body quite nicely. And it's much easier to swim in that swim dress than in those weird patches of fabric that pretend to be swimsuits in the SI Swimsuit edition.
So, yeah, I'm okay with a women's only swim night with a dress code. Back then, it was a very nice, discrete, welcoming environment.

You should visit the beaches in Sharm El Shek, Eygpt.
Women go to the beaches, swim in the ocean in Burkas.
This is all about Sharia Law and not about Bikinis

The women I have seen in those sects should never ever wear bikinis. Blech. For good reason they swim in long denim skirts.
