People that marched their asses into a voting booth and voted for Mitt Romney, a man with no identifiable conservatism in his record can suck it up and vote for Ted Cruz, a man with a mere couple of mistakes on his resume.
According to Sen. Sessions this is not just a little mistake Norm. And all of Cruz’s fumbles have been coming one after another.
I am AGAINST the TransPacific Giveaway of our national sovereignty. Want proof? The United States has lost its case and can NO LONGER mark it’s beef American born, raised, and slaughtered. Nor can it mark Canadian or Mexican beef with its origin. WHERE IS OUR SOVEREIGNTY? The World Trade Organization says we CANNOT DISCRIMINATE against our neighbors! What do you think we are going to get from China, Japan, Korea, etc.etc.etc.etc.etc.
ANYONE who is for TRANSPACIFIC and giving OBAMA MORE POWER will NOT get my vote!
My support of Mitt Romney was based on his acumen in the business world. America elected an idiot who never had a real job let alone never had even run a lemonade stand! The choice SHOULD have been crystal clear to all Americans, but it wasn’t. National Sovereignty and National Security take top billing with me. Everything else is minor. I am against Transpacific.
Read post 79.
If anything, this whole mess makes me like Cruz more, not less. And here’s why:
I might not like this agreement, but the fact that Cruz voted for something he believed in instead of a party line vote means that he’s not pandering to us, and that when he says something, he believes it. I want someone who will lead, not someone who will only do something if the polls say so.
Second, from the little I saw of this bill, I really don’t see anything unconstitutional about it. Perhaps I’ll need to sing a Mea Culpa afterwards if someone points things out to me, but bad legislation doesn’t equal tyranny.
It’s also amazing how many names I’m seeing posting lately that I haven’t seen since... 2012. Hmmmm. Makes me wonder.
