It just gets better and better every day. What a lunatic asylum that place must be.

....Officials are temporarily covering the costs with money from the city’s rainy day fund while seeking reimbursement for up to 75 percent from Federal Emergency Management Agency...

$20M Riot....paid for by you and I.

They shouldn’t get 1¢ from ANY Federal agency for this contrived mayhem.

The costs are among an estimated $20 million the rioting is expected to cost taxpayers.

And the people who did all of this are not taxpayers. You're right, it's a lunatic asylum.

Imagine owning a home in or near that pit and seeing your value drop 40% after a lifetime of work? Enough to make one want to storm the gates I’d think.

Baltimore does not deserve one single dime from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

They should have gotten buses and paid each potential rioter $1,000 to get on. Bus them to a place in the sticks and put on a party with rap music, free pizza, fried chicken, beer and watermelon.

The injured officers should be taking every day of time to recover that they need and no longer involve themselves in any aggressive police work, no matter what the hell-hole Rats want them to do.

Hopefully the officers will have contacted work comp attorneys and seek as much money in compensation as possible. Baltimore police officers carry an injured comrade from the streets near Mondawmin Mall in Baltimore, Maryland. (Brendan Smialowski/Getty Images)

Baltimore police claim that 113 police officers were injured during the riots. Cenname says that some are still out of work and are expected to be absent for some time.

There are consequences when thugs are given space to destroy. Problem is, we the people will pick up the tab for this stupidity. In a just world, the idiot mayor, her alma mater, the NAACP, and the DNC would be sent a bill.
