He used her until he had no more use for her.

Escaped killer Richard Matt won the heart of prison supervisor Joyce “Tillie’’ Mitchell so he could get the tools he needed to break out — and then vanished without so much as a thank you, sources told The Post on Tuesday. Modal Trigger

“She really doesn’t have much to tell about where they were going or what they were doing after,” a source said of Mitchell, who is suspected of helping Matt and fellow murderer David Sweat escape.

The married 51-year-old seamstress risked everything because “she thought there was something more between’’ her and Matt, 48, the source said.

I wish I could remember which freeper predicted a female guard/employee. He/she was right. The article paints this woman as a “victim”.. someone who was hoodwinked. I see her as someone who helped two dangerous murderers into society. If they kill/rape/injure anyone.. blood is on her hands.

According to reports in various media outlets, she fell for one of the murderers and was supposed to be the getaway driver - but started having a panic attack when the time came and was rushed to a hospital.

She is so stupid if this is true, and she is also lucky.

Because if she actually had held it together and picked them up, the police would have found her body in the trunk a few days later.

Maybe women should not work in a men’s prison? There was also a case in Baltimore in which prisoners were getting women prison workers pregnant, and the women were helping the prisoners communicste with the outside in violation of prison regulations.

Just saying, some of these men are clearly manipulative and may find women easy targets.

If she is implicated, she helped the murderer of a New York State trooper, who died in the line of duty, to escape.

The prosecutor will have very little incentive to go easy on her, especially since reports are that she is not fully cooperating with the investigation and that the police have had to subpoena her mobile phone records.

They apprently had detailed plans of the steam tunnels in the prison complex, they had full civilian outfits, and a planned getaway driver.

That implies either multiple employee helpers, or one employee who moved heaven and earth to accommodate them.

If New York is concerned about 2 fugitives from justice then why do they do nothing about the Clintons? They do have a house there do they not, so it’s not impossible to find them. Plus their monkey faced hybrid daughter works there, possibly providing the whereabouts of the Clinton fugitives.

Another NYS state worker overpaid and underachieving.

Let’s privatize the prisons and put an end to a drain on our economy (taxes for union salaries and benefits) and an end to the horrible management of these institutions.

I can only imagine she isn’t cooperating. I hope they find calls on her cell phone too (to paint them in the right direction). Personally, she should be charged and do her time.. since she is so enamored with prisons and prisoners.

Maybe no one should work in any prison. Just toss some raw meat and fresh water over the wall once a week & let em have at it.
