I’ve not been following this story much.

Was the pool private property?

As i understand it, private property in the sense it was supposed to be accessible only to residents of the gated community and their invited guests.

Common area in a sub-division wherein the party organizers were residents.

The term "private property" is a racist term invented by slave owners to keep blacks down. Things like nice houses and pools were built by slaves and stolen from them by whites, so understandably blacks don't recognize the concept.

Yes! Not only was the pool on private property, but the woman who put on the party was doing it for profit by charging a per head fee and she did not ask the HOA for permission. This same woman attacked one of the neighbors and that is when the police were called.
