resident Obama bluntly challenged the Supreme Court over a pending ruling on the validity of ObamaCare subsidies, complaining Monday that the court should never have taken up the case -- and warning that a ruling against subsidies would be a "twisted interpretation" of the law.
The president and his administration's legal team for months have fought the Affordable Care Act court challenge, which is over whether people who enrolled through the federal HealthCare.gov are entitled to subsidies.
But the president's comments on Monday, during a press conference on the sidelines of the G-7 summit in Germany, were perhaps his toughest to date. He strongly suggested the court would be running afoul of established legal guidance if it rules against the administration, and took the rare step of saying the court should have stayed out of this fight.

I think this is a losing tactic for Obama. His attempt to strongarm might backfire and push Kagan or Kennedy in the other direction.

Heck, even I can lecture on the Constitution. I had to pass a special test on US government to qualify for and receive my BS degree. What pervasive evidence is there that Obama was even a good lecturer.
Supreme court should take on the biggest birther case and say “Obama is not eligible to be President, after all.” Effectively nulling everything the empty suit bastard has done for 6 years. Yea I know, Biden. But Biden is just really dumb. Obama is just malicious.

The SCOTUS should never have taken up the case because the law should never, ever, have been passed.
Translation: “Justice Roberts, we still have those photos of you in our files, and we WILL use them if we have to.”
If the Supreme Court rules against the subsidies, which states will be better off? The ones that set up their own exchanges or the ones that didn’t?
I thought I remembered states like mine, Oklahoma, refused the federal exchanges because of the horrible regulations that they included.
