Illegal immigrants granted executive amnesty can claim back tax credits for work they performed illegally, even if they never filed a tax return during those years, IRS Commissioner John Koskinen has confirmed to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA).
In a written response to questions Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, asked Koskinen following a February hearing on the IRS budget, the IRS commissioner clarified his earlier assertions that illegal immigrants granted executive amnesty — and Social Security numbers — can access Earned Income Tax Credits (EITC) for years they were working in the country illegally.
Back in February, Koskinen said that in order to claim the tax credits the amnestied illegal immigrant would have had to have filed returns in the past.
In his written statement to Grassley, released Wednesday, Koskinen went another step, saying an illegal immigrant granted amnesty could claim back tax credits regardless if they had filed returns in the past.

This is so wrong on so many levels....
The work was illegal to begin with, no form was ever filed, no taxes or FICA were ever withheld, and these people have no legal standing to begin with.
This is just “in your face” by the Current Regime now squatting in the White Hut.
Are they doing this kind of thing to INTENTIONALLY bring about a confrontation? Do they know it is not nice to fool with the good will of people who actually BELIEVE in the rule of law, or do they have to find out what is on the other side when the the good will is stripped away?
If lawlessness must be met with lawlessness, do not expect a benign settlement.
Soo...they never paid taxes on the illegal work but, can get a tax refund?
And to think I was upset at all the tax credits they get for kids back in Mexico that they don’t even have.

So, all some F..k..g illegal has to do is claim they worked, off the books, and they get a tax credit. How about this, they need ID the person they worked for and then they are immediately sued for ever cent they have and that money is used to fund this completely illegal and ill gotten scheme to give away more money. If they cannot ID the person they allegedly worked for, NO MONEY. If they feel they been biased towards, tell em GFY.
Please PLEASE someone in Congress, Gohmert, Gowdy Cruz ANYONE put a stop to this.

I see the House blocked funds in the budget for a Cuban Embassy why can’t they block refunds for illegals who haven’t filed a prior years(s) tax returns.

And tax refunds are for lawbreakers and Americans who don’t pay taxes because they don’t work.

Republicans in Congress should have been in court the day after he started this back in 2012 to put a stop to it.

Sadly, I have to agree. This election is the last ditch effort to turn USS America around and even that may very well not be enough, even with President Cruz at the helm. Even he can't overcome the black hole event horizon of a nation corrupted in so many ways.
