If there is an unnatural desire to become disabled than disbility benefits should not be granted at all. To willfully cut an arm off or leg or make oneself blind is a sign of a psychiatric problem. but a society of misfits is what is happening in America.
Living with a disability is no piece of cake. Having to survive on a limited income and government intrusion in the issue of medical assistance as the second insurance with a yearly review. limited in what a person can have in the bank. than food stamps are supplied too. But what a mess it becomes!
