GOP-led House sued the Obama administration, citing changes to the Affordable Care Act made without permission from Congress
- Republicans' case also complains that the administration is spending money on the program that Congress never appropriated
- Federal judge blasted the Justice Department attorney before her on Thursday who claimed Congress hadn't been harmed by those choices
- 'You don't really believe that, do you?' she asked? 'I have a very hard time taking that statement seriously'
- Judge demanded to know how changing the Obamacare law without Congress isn't 'an insult to the Constitution, as the House believes'
Obama administration attorneys urged a federal judge Thursday to throw out a politically charged lawsuit by House Republicans over the president's health care law, but encountered plenty of skeptical questions.
'You don't really believe that, do you?' U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer interrupted Justice Department attorney Joel McElvain to ask in the opening moments of his argument, as he tried to assert that the House hadn't suffered a particular injury in the case and therefore lacks any basis for suing.

Republicans' case also complains that the administration is spending money on the program that Congress never appropriated ... A more alarming question is "how do you spend money that doesn't exist yet?"

Yes Turley is lead counsel. This is also on the Washington Times and early today Sean Hannity spoke about it too!

One of the isses discussed was how the employer mandate which was to go into effect in 2014 was delayed till 2016. The delays are politically motivated. I see that the entire so called law is being changed repeatedly!

True. You get enough judges fighting back, and perhaps they’ll not feel so alone in issuing arrest warrants.

Put all of this administration and their butt-kissing managers under a RICO suit. This is a corrupt, lawless government under Clown Prince nobama, the Malignant.

Usurping the power of a coequal branch of government didn’t really hurt them .... that’s some real Alice in Wonderland stuff; and it shows how desperate the Obamanites are, reaching for their “no standing” objection that has served them so well in the past denying plaintiffs their day in court.
