They are owed very little by us as a percentage of our debt. Less than $2 trillion. We owe most of our debt to the Federal Reserve who has been buying it at the clip of $85 billion a month for the last seven years, The entirety of the Federal Deficit since Obama took office has been monetization. The Chinese haven't bought any of our debt in years.
We screwed ourselves over when Bill Clinton was POTUS through non fair trade agreements and most favored nations status for the Communist Chinese.
As for war. Obama is a pussy. He has no sack to stand up to anyone except the eunuch McConnell and the drunken lout Boehner.

Good question...and that is why there will be no war. We should go in deep debt with Russia, North Korea, and Iran. No more wars can happen after that hahaha! If they want their money back, they can’t go to war with us.
