Clinton Foundation Silent as Investor Probes Corruption in Relief Programs

The Clinton Foundation's financial statements over the past six years have been fraudulent, Wall Street investor and financial analyst Charles Ortel, who is preparing a 100-page report on the issue, told Sputnik.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The organization, which has recently had doubts cast publicly over its transparency, including claims that it accepted substantial foreign donations while Hillary Clinton was in power, has remained silent on the matter, ignoring media requests for comment.

"The Clinton Foundation financial statements are simple to evaluate under New York law; what they have produced, particularly since 2009, is fraudulent," Ortel said.

Under New York state law, one does not have to prove intent to defraud or intent to harm with respect to cases involving charity organizations in the state, he said.

REALITY CHECK Then-Secy Hillary supposedly gave Haiti $3.1 billion tax dollars for Earthquake Relief.

But Haitian-American protesters claim that American aid to Haiti was a cover-for foreign governments to funnel kickbacks of hundreds of millions of dollars to The Clinton Foundation.

For example, gold mining expert Giustra "gave" the Foundation $100 million....after Bill helped him make billions off uranium deals. Hillary's brother mysteriously got a gold mining license in Haiti.

Donatimg $100 million, and more, Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra is apparently one of the Clinton Foundation’s largest donors. Giustra's contributions go directly (1) to the tax-exempt Clinton Foundation, and, (2) to the Canada-based "Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership," which in turn sends money to the Clinton Foundation......(according to Canadian tax records researched by "Clinton Cash" author Schweizer).

At the Foundation's lavish Morocco meeting hosted by a king, held early April, Bill Clinton was asked by a billionaire donor what Clinton was doing w/ the Foundations' donations.

The Foundation donor referred to the blizzard of adverse publicity that monies sent to the Foundation were not used as intended.

"What is this money for? What have you done with it?," he asked Clinton. The billionaire donor also told Clinton his daughter (a Foundation Board member) felt useless.....b/c apparently Board Members were not advised of some of Clinton's "charitable" activities.

"I just work here," Clinton responded. "I don't know." So if Foundation founder Bill Clinton did not know---and the Board did not know---who knew?

CONCLUSION If Foundation Board members were not advised of, and did not sign off on, expenditures of tax-exenpt Foundation donations, the Clintons have a legal problem that could involve violation of tax laws. Board members of Foundations are fiduciaries and are required to oversee the distribution of tax-exempt donations.
