The port is presently expanding to handle larger, more impressive cruise ships....some real competition here.

Aggressive restructuring for sure.

I hope you are both right.

There are so many foreign ownership businesses taking over in the area it makes me wonder.

South(Port of Miami) to North(Orlando airport)High speed train travel coming to the area...making a turn at the area where a terminal would serve the port and the developers saying no plan for a terminal? I bet that is another step to come.

There is a great deal hidden in the rail plan! Huge Federal incentives for passenger travel. This always fails to be cost-effective and then can become heavy freight lines for these giant Chinese Ships that will pass through the enlarged Panama Canal and enlarged Port of Miami.

It all fits into some overall plan!
