One of nine bikers killed at a shootout outside a Texas restaurant was a Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart recipient whose family members dispute police claims he was in a criminal group.
An Associated Press review of Texas court records and a database maintained by the state department of public safety turned up no criminal history in Texas for Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, of New Braunfels. And his son Vincent Ramirez told the San Antonio Express-News that he was not violent.

Comment section on one of the discussion forums mentioned this:
Witnesses reported hearing as many as 100 rounds fired from 30 guns.
Now, how would a witness be able to know how many guns?
I think I remember hearing a number of police officers at something over 20.

That was to go along with the CS Gas.
>> Guys with guns on motorcycles.. A very mobile and organized force. <<
Actually not very organized. Melee yes, squad combat no.
Despite all the old biker movies, individual heroics (or stupidity) aren’t going to be terribly effective against combat troops trained for terrorism and insurgency.
No, I thought I had the link, but it appears what I downloaded was the Police audio during the assault. I have that link.
I read that the video was from the parking lot and that there was not video inside the restaurant. Except one small section near the office. Not sure I could find the article that mentioned that. Have looked at a lot of them over the past couple of days.
The owner of the restaurant gave copy of the video to AP. Protection, he has been taking a blame beating by the Waco police.
I’ll go back and review what I saved as links.
The press coverage has been maddening how they change the script as they go along. Same with the Waco police.
By the way, the Waco police was given the parking lot video from the very beginning. It is explained in the article about the video.
I am concerned we are seeing the “agenda” that someone is feeding in the press.
No sir, you have done us all the justice of showing us exactly what you stand for.
Not only will you blindly believe everything you read when the circumstances are right, but also, you have more than enough of the characteristics that leftist freaks love to ascribe to conservatives.
Nice try but that’s a strawman....btw...i courtesy pinged your girls
However if proven cops didn’t shoot these guys or proof they fired on cops first
Hell I’ll do a vanity admitting my error
Check my posting history
I admit when I’m wrong and I don’t talk tough and hide behind anonymity
I can ping at least a dozen fellow Freepers vouch for my veracity...it’s not coincidence the most offensive here are unknown freepers
The nasty Freepers here are rarely known....like the south bashing posse....some of whom btw are here on your side in this affair
NEVER DISCLOSE any frame of reference
If I’m wrong call me out cause I hope I am wrong
I like Texas....lived there as a boy....as a young man....one ex fiancée...from Anson.....Dallas is my big city go to.....kinfolks in Upshur county...my cousin was a Cowboy Cheereader....and we had a big lease northwest of Burnet for a decade......my Goddaughter is in Lumberton....my incredibly dependable right hand man is from Galveston
And Squantos is in panhandle
I got plenty reasons to adore Texas
And I don’t hate cops....I’d like to think they were cool....I know plenty who are but I do question the militarization and so many black guns these days
It just smells like Weaver and Waco....btw...some of your bream here openly applaud Waco...I find that incredible....even back then and FR had more libs than now....it was scorned
So I’d love to be wrong
they werent the only armed white “gangs” in town that day.. doont forget the american legion and vfw.
I think offhand simply the cops were trigger happy
And it jumped off and now they are controlling release of facts to their advantage
By blanket overcharging and bond craziness and confiscations pell mell
Regardless whether justified kills or not.....most of the overcharging etc will fall apart
From the article: Published reports indicate that Waco and McLennan County could realize more than $3 million from the sale of motorcycles and cars seized at the crime scene .
Who is the criminal organization, now?
TY! The caller mentioned the calender as well!
Rookies gotta train somewhere....
Eric Holder cut his teeth and incinerated women and children there.
Bttt
From another mentioned website:
Waco Massacre Aftermath
http://www.agingrebel.com/12889
“Swanton seems committed to a version of events in which only four of the 22 police officers on scene discharged their weapons.”
I wouldn't count on it. Most if not all these jackboot lickers are shameless despicable little people.
No kidding
There will always be willing JBTBLs
Willing to do what’s best for the state and security
That’s right! I’d forgotten about Holder’s role in that. Boy, he really trained well for Fast and Furious!
Weren't you on a similar thread calling for the indiscriminate killing of bikers, so as to send a message? What happened to due process? If you think it's okay to kill Americans without due process, like I said before, you are one sick puppy.
Pray you never find yourself on the receiving end of the treatment you would suggest for other Americans.
