23 U.S. Veterans Are About To Take The ISIS Problem Into Their Own Hands In An Epic Way

A U.S. Army Iraq war vet plans to take a team of veterans back to the Middle East to fight the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

Sean Rowe, of Jacksonville, Florida, served on active duty in the Army for 8 years, which included two tours in Iraq. He said he can no longer sit by and do nothing.

“This is something I feel compelled to do,” Rowe said. “Women and children are being slaughtered over there. They need our help. I know we can make a difference.”

Rowe started Veterans Against ISIS to take the fight to the terrorists on their own turf.

Yes there is a federal law against it. Ross Perot was going to do the same thing in the ‘70s. George H. W. Bush, then head of the CIA told him of the law. That’s why Perot hated Bush and entered the ‘92 presidential race to split the vote.

Once they are on the ground, they plan to fold in with resistance fighters, who Rowe said will supply the weapons, food, and shelter they need.

Rowe needs to find a loggie who will disabuse him of following this plan.

Operators love to assume away logistics. It works in the movies, but not on the battlefield.

While the US may prohibit the use of mercenaries, there is little likelyhood of prosecution by the US. Of course, that would be the least of your worries in this mess—the legal systems of the Middle East are rather unpredictable, to put it mildly.
