When Florida high school senior Jessica Morales received her yearbook this year, she was both shocked and disappointed to find a deeply offensive photo amongst its pages. The picture, which took up nearly half a page, featured various students dressed in sombreros, ponchos, and mustaches while holding fake green cards, with another student dressed up as border patrol between them. As a young Hispanic woman, Morales couldnt believe the yearbook had included the photo, let alone featured it so prominently. So, she posted it to social media, where it quickly went viral and now, shes speaking out about why.
It was just really offensive, especially because the picture kind of belittles the whole issue, Morales told WFTX, referring to the fact that both her parents are still dealing with the immigration process themselves.

Like the frat parties in the same vein, I want to know who said to themselves “Hey, I have a good idea”.

Boo hoo cupcake Morales, you don’t have a right to not be offended.
*weak lol*
And yet they are taught in school that they do have the right to not be offended.

to me, both photos depict truth and reality and as usual, illegals are inconvenienced by the truth, thus they speak against it because the truth does not favor them nor their cause. Kudos to those high school students in that photo and to those who put it in the year book.

Why is that deeply racist?

Why do I get the impression that her parents are criminals in our country illegally? It's a shame the "immigration process" takes longer than a bus ride back to their own country for criminals like her parents. I approve of legal immigration, at a rate determined under the rule of law, but I have no sympathy for criminals or for those who think crime should carry a reward.

And if she was “offended”, she’s behind the PC curve -
she needs to “feel threatened”.

I’m offended because it makes the border patrol look idiotic, ineffective, and pathetic.
