Per the editorial the big win is that without subsidies the individual and the employer mandate get flushed as they are predicated upon the individual having access to affordable plans and without those affordable plans the mandates are not enforced or enforceable.

In other words, we were fine until they screwed it up in the first place!

According to AAF, the result will be 237,000 new jobs, 1.27 million workers added to the labor force, up to $940 in higher pay per worker and 3.3 million part-time workers who could put in more hours if they want.

The few things gummint should have a hand in we’re outlined in our founding documents. They just muck up everything else.

Hopefully the Court will rule in our favor. As a business manager, this 0bamacare cr@p has been a nightmare!
Yes, it’s FORCED me to HIRE more people, but only work them up to 29 hours (average) per week.
No one is happy, and I’ve lost two good workers due to it. We also lost our Flex Plan for this same group and had to go from a very good healthcare policy to an adequate one for we full time employees.
It’s MADNESS - but of course we ALL know that the end-game is single-payer Commie Healthcare.

Republicans can’t pass up the opportunity to make that case if the court hands it to them.
Sadly, as is said of the Palestinians, the Republicans never miss an opportunity to miss an oppotunity.
