A website widely read by bikers called “The Aging Rebel” has published an alternative account of what happened during Sundays bloody shootout in Waco, Texas. The article titled The Waco Police Massacre brings out a number of details not previously published and also presents the controversial theory that event was essentially a police ambush.

Bingo. I think, that if over time more details emerge, that we will find it likely that he and a number of others were set up at a distance, and did indeed take shots that met their mark.
Bikers primed for a tiff dont book a restaurant venue. All the evidence I have seen is that this was intended as a peaceful get-together by an established biker coalition.
I have no idea of the initiating event, but I do think that like Ferguson, the unbiased forensic investigation will show that ALL lethal wounds were inflicted by police forces.
While you were riding with them, did you pause to remember Daniel Desrochers, the 11-year old who was killed by a Hell's Angels car bomb?
It really sucks that the Cossacks used this normally mellow meeting of every other month for 18 years as their place to stand up to the Bandidos.
It has hurt riders/bikers all over the world due to the perceived narrative given by the police in this case. Maybe this will help clear those not involved so they can be let out of jail and get their bikes back
"Cochran said the Cossacks have never been part of the COC&I organization but about 60 showed up on their bikes. They rode en masse to that meeting for the sole purpose of creating some kind of trouble, he said. Their intentions were not saintly. . . . If they had not showed up there, we wouldnt be discussing this now. Cochran said in the past nine months or so, Cossacks have been harassing other motorcycle clubs. They have been rolling around trying to intimidate people and tell people they own this town, and that were not allowed to ride here, he said."

Supposedly a vehicle ran over someone's foot. That issue carried into the bathroom where it escalated then they took it outside into the parking lot where it escalated even more.
Bear in mind this all happened about 12:15. The meeting was not due to start until 1:00.
Now, keep in mind the "good guys" just give toddlers flashbangs to snuggle with.
We can go round and round about who is and isn't an evil person, after none is without sin.
However, I am relating my experiences, which do not include anyone bombing anyone.
But one sh*thead with a bomb and you're ready to leave anyone on a motorcycle dead in the ditch?
Just how holy does that make you?
“It’d be like showing up at Sturgis with a (MC name deleted) number on your cases...some clubs mark them, and your story better match the previous owner’s. “
Sad that the MC world is ruled by the 1%’ers. Follow their rules or you get whacked ...
No one I know of likes thieves. No one I know of likes people who purchase or otherwise acquire stolen property. If you found a vehicle you owned that someone had stolen, wouldn’t you react in some way? You keep braying about “whacked”. What, did you OD on mafia movies?
“No one I know of likes thieves. No one I know of likes people who purchase or otherwise acquire stolen property. If you found a vehicle you owned that someone had stolen, wouldnt you react in some way? “
If the person had legally purchased the vehicle not knowing it was stolen I certainly would not whack him ...
Yes I can tell you could care less big man
That’s why you can’t shut up
You’ve got nothing
You’re a coward who talks shit
You’re a cop
You talk shit just like one
Get some balls and admit it
You might find this interesting. It is “out there” but it could be the actual mind process with Homeland Security about bikers.

Heh...
Waco Shootout, WikipediaPolice said a turf war between the rival clubs may have been a factor in the deadly encounter.[7] They said it was rooted in Bandidos beating a Cossack at a Toys for Tots event in Decatur, Texas on December 6, 2014, and killing another the next week in Fort Worth.[8]
Just came across this, Rita, catching up on old threads.
Wayne is right.
Man ... that's a good point.
