Well you got yer biker clubs and you got yer biker GANGS..

Only a moron couldn’t tell the difference..
WHY bike gangs are allowed to continue is beyond me..
Their mere existence is circumstantial PROOF of malfeasance..

Violence between members of the Bandidos OMG and the Cossacks MC has increased in Texas with no indication of diminishing. The conflict may stem from Cossacks members refusing to pay Bandidos dues for operating in Texas and for claiming Texas as their territory by wearing the Texas bottom rocker on their vests, or ‘colors’ or ‘cuts.’

“The fact that they were wearing a Texas bottom rocker is a direct affront to the Bandidos,” said Steve Cook, executive director of the Midwest Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Investigators Association. “This is just not something you do. Texas is a Bandido-controlled state, and for the Cossacks to do that … they had to know there was going to be retribution for it.”

Same here - the body count was way too low. Sucks that more of those scums weren't taken out.

Agree, it is how it is.

But the asset forfeiture law is a crock the way it has been used. Proof of crime should be required before it is forfeited. Crooked LEOs now use it to finance pretty things at work. Not a lawful, attitude.

The million dollar bonds are not excessive as our nation is plagued by gang violence from Baltimore to Waco.

Gang violent destroys families, destroys communities and destroys hope.

We must put an end to gang violence and keeping these gang members in jail and prosecuting them to the full extent of the law will keep our streets safe from gang violence.

“Would there have been any shooting if LEO hadn’t been staged outside waiting for trouble? “

Why of course not. The organized crime gangs would have simply had a fight of about 200 people, in the middle of a nice city, putting normal people at risk on a sunday afternoon.
And looks like the cops were right. They acted exactly as predicted and started a riot. That crap may fly in California, but not in Texas.
That’s why they shot em down like the animals they were, arrested 170 for being a member of an organized crime organization, and gave em a million dollars bond each, a few will face capital murder charges.

That old saying one riot, one ranger. It come from shutting down things just like this in exactly this manner. These animals got exactly the respect and mercy they give to others. They just ran into someone tougher than them, the Waco police department.

I read where Twin Peaks corporate offices pulled their franchise and slammed the store management for their role in the confrontation. I couldn’t believe it when I read the restaurant refused overtures by police to be present when this “meeting” took place. What a foolish, foolish thing for a store owner to do to their guests and employees. Now, several people will be out of jobs but at least they left still alive. For that, they can be thankful.

Oh, almost forgot, Waco started civil forfeiture proceeding on about 150 bikes which they impounded.

Waco and Texas plays for all the marbles. Running these jackasses outta town. An example for the nation to be used on mass lawlessness.

....”it appears at least half the bikers were killed by police.it appears at least half the bikers were killed by police”....

Well that is what police do....it’s futile to resist...
Half of those who died died “Inside” the facility I understand. Makes sense since that is where the rumble started...guns blazing etc....and it wasn’t only the police officers.

All over wearing a rocker that says Texas. Only Bandidos can do that. Gay as hell. This is like a rule a sorority would make. This is grown men?

..”This conflict has been brewing for months. It’s about territory and who controls the criminal enterprises in that territory”....

That was my understanding as well....and that those killed were all in one of the two gangs. So they had targeted who they were after, in addition most who had died were inside the facility where the fights began...

Interesting is just last week I was watching videos about biker gangs........this played out exactly as the members claimed in those videos. They will die fighting for each other and membership is more often than not based on taking such an oath...”to death”.

As things began to come together it’s really stunning how closely this event played out just as the bikers interviewed I watched said that they would do.

More confusing are the statements from the management company that owns the restaurant; their statement reads to me as some rather shocked owners wondering just what the heck is going on and they have scant information about their business, and almost none about contacts from the parent company to the franchise restaurant.

Good for all of us is that they're going to be spending a pretty penny to try to figure out exactly what happened, if for no other reason than to mitigate their exposure to the ensuing lawsuits. And I'd expect there'd be a number of them.

Well, if Twin Peaks has to pay out a bunch in damages, perhaps they'll need to cut corners elsewhere - perhaps less fabric in the waitresses outfits.

...”I admit, it’s s a way of life i know nothing about”....

I just heard videos this last week about their lifestyle.....membership requires “unto death” when they take their oaths...meaning when the call goes out they all go and fight til the death if needs be.

This played out exactly as their oaths attest to.

That’s right...I was learning about these biker gangs last week....their “colors” and “cuts” are more significant than their own family members. If they wanted to provoke a war that would defiantly do it.

I also was aware , from videos watched, that this conflict has been brewing for quite a long time. It was mentioned on the video’s the police were concerned it would one day mount to something very violent. Even the Bikers interviewed said as much....these were bikers who left the group.

That sounds like certain religious cults that have become daily fodder for the news, and city coroners. Total submission to the hierarchies of allegiance.
