Im the first tenant the guy’s ever had. and hes not real clear on normal landlord tenant relationships.
I designed a website for him for an agreed price. When I asked him for payment he raised my rent and deducted the pay he owed me from the rent.

Hmmmm...not too cool a landlord. Hope things smooth out in the landlord-tenant relationships and he learns.
