Catching up....
Hmmmm...not too cool a landlord. Hope things smooth out in the landlord-tenant relationships and he learns.
I’m scheduled to move on June first.
This apartment was until fairly recently, a storage area above a retail shop...and Im the second tenant he’s ever had..the first being his adult son. He never bothered to investigate the rules for landlording written or otherwise.
Things should be getting considerably easier soon.
