It’s Good To Be A Clinton

I’m quite happy being who I am, and I assume you are too. But if you had to be someone else, even for a day, you couldn’t do much better than being a Clinton.

Being a Clinton is something we mere mortals can barely imagine. It has to be akin to the way virgins were treated thousands of years ago, up until the point they were sacrificed, that is.

Clintons are the non-virgins who are never sacrificed, never damaged, never held accountable. They’re like all the awful kids who toured Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory with Charlie – only they didn’t get in trouble on the tour, stole the factory from Charlie and sued Willy for emotional damage and won.

How is it that this family, more than any other, is above suspicion?

Why do the world’s wealthiest people feel compelled to give this family hundreds of millions of dollars to do charity work for things literally thousands of charities already do? And why is it that, only a couple of weeks after initial reports of the appearance of influence peddling, the media has lost interest in that story?

If you lived in Maine, would you give money to a charity in California run by a friend to help a family down the street pay their bills? Of course you wouldn’t, unless you wanted to ingratiate yourself to that friend for some reason. So why is no one curious as to why Saudi Arabia would donate millions to the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation to provide mosquito nets to nations in Africa? Does Saudi law forbid the direct purchase of mosquito nets? Does it require massive overhead in its charitable giving? Or did the Saudis hope to curry favor with a family that may end up moving back into 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.?

Only one of those options makes any sense, but the press is not interested.

The media has shifted from stories of shady deals and millions changing hands, to how the Clinton campaign is handling the story. Seriously.

Politico ran a piece this week called, “Inside the ‘Clinton Cash’ war room: How Hillary’s team worked furiously to attack, undermine and debunk the book that threatened to disrupt her campaign.”

Take a look at that headline for a second, because it exemplifies how the media works when it comes to the Clintons specifically, and Democrats in general.

The Clinton campaign set up a “war room” to deal with a book it claims has no truth to it. Why bother? If there’s no “there” there, one long press conference and an opening of the foundation’s books would destroy the story inside of a day. That didn’t happen.

Rather than take on the book directly, campaign operatives “worked furiously to attack” it and “undermine” it. Nothing refutes a lie like the truth, and the truth takes very little effort, let alone a sustained “war room.” Once you disprove something it is disproven, right?

Now to the “debunk” part. What exactly has been debunked? Nothing, because nothing was alleged. The book doesn’t make charges of corruption, it exposes a pattern of behavior – money donated, speaking fees doubled or even tripled, then favorable action from then-Secretary of State Clinton. It’s a circumstantial case, but most criminal convictions are won on circumstantial evidence.

The Clintons benefit from TV courtroom dramas where actors portraying lawyers say, “Objection. Circumstantial,” and the objection is sustained. Put that with a lazy, hackish media, and you end up with a headline declaring a meticulously researched and thoroughly footnoted book “debunked.”

The reason for this lazy and hackish behavior lies in the last part of the headline, “that threatened to disrupt her campaign.” That will not be allowed to happen, if the media has anything to say about it.

A mere mortal would be done with this sort of case against them, but to Politico it only “threatened to disrupt” Hillary’s campaign. Like a flat tire on a campaign bus might.

Even The New York Times, which helped break the original story about the book, appears to have lost interest.

Hillary Clinton is more likely to sit down for a heart-to-heart chat with Monica Lewinski than she is to face honest and difficult questions about the foundation’s dealings, her wiped-clean private email server or any of her so-called accomplishments during her time of self-enrichment, er, I mean public service.

It’s good to be a Clinton: Money, power and praise are yours for the taking. Everyone else? Well, although the praise is optional, should Hillary be elected, the money and the power will have to come from somewhere.

What prevents potential Presidents of the United States from receiving large financial gifts for the explicit purpose of currying future favors? How can our political system not invite and encourage such behavior? The press is not interested because it is a “b*tch bites man” story.

The Clintons are psychopaths. Americans are not used to seeing such people holding the highest office in the land and were hopelessly confused by them.
Above suspicion? No, no, no! The Clintons get away with everything not because they're above suspicion but because they are beneath contempt.

The ‘press’ sees itself as PART of the story and certainly as an indispensable PART of the political process in America. This took place almost imperceptibly at first (some years back) and NOW is accepted a natural and even logical fact of political life AND, as an absolutely irrefutable RIGHT for ‘journalists’.

They long ago gave up their integrity as watch dogs of the public interest.

They have NO objectivity and CANNOT have any as long as they continue to demand, get and jealously guard their (Liberal) WH insider perks.

Why do the world’s wealthiest people and foreign govts feel compelled to give the Clintons hundreds of millions of dollars to do "charity"...... which the do-good Clintons constantly brag about.....that are in reality innocuous activities that thousands of charities already do......

"Foundations" have become little more than political extortion.....shakedowns....prolly money laundering, tax evasion havens, as well.

Taxpayers demand laws prohibiting public official and ex-presidents from forming foundations that are little more than personal ATM's. Opportunistic pols use con artist-type "shakedowns" to personally profit by selling access and favorable public policy "for a price."

Obama isnt even out of office yet---and already has two foundations (that we know of).

In order for the Clintons to get away with their corruption and be adored by so many people, the foundation of the nation had to be eroded.

If America (and Canada) was still strongly rooted in their Judeo-Christian values, both of our countries would elect moral leaders. People like the Clintons would be in prison, where they belong.

(2) The second Obama foundation----The Barack H. Obama Foundation (BHOF)---(named after their dad), was fast-tracked by Lois Lerner for IRS tax-exempt status....for Malik Obama, Barack's half brother.

The BHOF is based at a Virginia UPS store, according to its website. The organization’s IRS filings list another Virginia address that is actually a drug rehab center where the foundation does not appear ever to have been based.

As first reported by The Daily Caller, the foundation was speedily approved for IRS exemption by Lois Lerner, the self-same IRS senior official at the center of the targeting of conservative organizations that have waited over two years to receive tax exempt status. The IRS thoughtfully gave Obama Foundation retroactive fund-raising status.......which it stupidly never applied for.

The tax-exempt Barack H. Obama Foundation is run by Abon’go “Roy” Malik Obama, the half-brother of Barack Obama.

The foundation’s mission statement is “to provide people everywhere with resources to uplift their welfare and living standards in memory of dad---Barack H. Obama: in the region of his birth, Kenya, and beyond.” Its guiding principle is “the inherent belief that no one can truly enjoy the riches he has reaped if his neighbor suffers....."We seek to elevate the human condition so that everyone can live in dignity and truly enjoy having one another as neighbors.”

Despite raising more than $250,000, the alleged charity doesn’t seem to have done much. Its website claims the organization has built a madrassa and was building an imam’s house as well as some “proposed latrines,” but there is no other evidence that the nonprofit was working to “mitigate social-shortcomings in areas of education and literacy, health and well-being, poverty, and lack of community infrastructure in such basic needs such as water, electricity, shelter and sustenance,” as the site says.

Alton Ray Baysden, a former Dept of State employee, allegedly a registered Republican, who helped start the Barack H Obama foundation, declined to comment before seeing copies of a reporter’s passport and govt ID, along with a description of the article’s “motivation” and “slant.”

Repeated reporters' phone calls went to the organization’s voicemail and were not returned.

Malik spends most of his time in Kenya with his 12 wives while Obama finances his half brother, Malik, a major fundraiser for the Muslim Bortherhood.

REALITY CHECK Despite its grandiose self-promotion, The William J. Clinton Presidential Center and Park---- is just another "Clinton Cash" snake pit.....subsidized by taxpayers,....and some shady foreign characters.

As Hollywood hotshots protested the Beverly Hills Hotel over its ownership by Brunei's sultan and his embrace of Sharia law, it turns out the Brunei government has financial connections to the Clintons.

The Clinton presidential library lists Brunei along with Kuwait, Oman and Qatar (new home of the Gitmo Five) as donors that gave between $1 million and $5 million through last year.

The Clinton foundation itself confirmed the 2002 Brunei donation: "The Clinton Foundation's impact would not be possible without the generous support of our donors," the foundation's website reads.
