State official: Clinton email practices 'not acceptable'

A State Department assistant secretary said Wednesday it's "not acceptable" for any agency employee to conduct government business on a private email server as former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton did.

Joyce Barr, the agency's chief freedom of information officer, made the comment under questioning from Republican senators who used a Senate Judiciary hearing on open records laws to attack Clinton over her email practices.

Sen. John Cornyn of Texas said that Clinton's approach amounted to a "premeditated and deliberate" attempt to avoid open records requirements.

No bias or smearing here.

That's the long and the short of it right there.

Looks like another person remembers all too well the results of all the hearings in the 90s.

Afonso Di'Amato, meet John Cornyn. < spit >

Exatly!

Once that is comprehended, everything becomes clear.

Conservatives don’t have to lie to you to get your support.

They just have to push truly Conservative policies.

Are they?

It’s time for an awakening in this nation, and if we can’t be honest with ourselves and do that here, then the lights have truly been turned out for the last time in this nation.

Anyone wish to help turn them back on with me? Anyone else willing to champion the sound policy on illegal immigration and hold our candidates big toes to the fire?

Cornyn is one of the last persons, on my credibility scale, to be hearing from, on the naughty activities of even Hillary Clinton.

” ...premeditated and deliberate attempt to ...”

You mean, Senator Cornyn, like your own successful,
“premeditated and deliberate attempt” to throw in (with money and grins) with the GOPE and the Thad Cochran campaign— with the Haley Barbour dirty tricks operation you helped fund in Mississippi?

You know the one, where the Establishment collaborated to collapse the conservative competition against Cochran, the one who at the time was running to well in the polling and on his way to a win over Cochran??

Pathetic.

Cornyn pops up to toss a sliver of red meat only on the occasion of wanting something for himself, and then returns to resume his silent as a cockroach mode of operation, back to quietly working for the GOPE. Usually, these self righteous air balls are timed around his re-election in Texas. He’s early.

(But, it’s an early prez campaign season and he’s on assignment by McConnell and the gang of eight types.)

One thing we can count on. The elite elected and government class WILL protect their own.
Oh, some may bloviate and holler about this and that, but they will go no farther.
It is show trials drama for the masses.
Our system is far to corrupt and entrenched to expect anything to come out of any scandles.

I liked the old prosecutor Gowdy, pictured: Trey Gowdy photo: Trey Gowdy TreyGowdy_zps0bfccb2c.jpg The new one is a lazy GOP-e SOB infected by Beltway fever, with a stupid `fauxhawk' haircut, and it looks like a homo `tard is dressing him.

Six months later, I feel like I gave people I trusted my car for the evening—and they turned it into an `Eat Me’ Homecoming float.
Our DC “champions” are like the officers of Animal House, if they were castrated, complete ingrates and hated their frat Brothers.

There are two obvious follow up questions to such a statement.
  1. Is it a crime?
  2. Why isn't she being prosecuted?

” It’s time for an awakening in this nation, and if we can’t be honest with ourselves and do that here, then the lights have truly been turned out for the last time in this nation.”

We turned the other cheek for 20 years, and the “lesser evil” is now pure evil. If you look at the policies of the CPUSA, and look at the Republican leaders in the House & Senate since last November, I DARE you to discern a difference.
