Parents reading to kids blasted as 'unfair'
WND ^ | 5/05/15 | Joe Kovacs

Does reading to your children somehow give them an unfair advantage over less fortunate children?

A British philosopher is making that claim, and it’s causing ripple waves across the globe.

A story on the website of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s website asks: “Is having a loving family an unfair advantage?”

It raises the question: “Should parents snuggling up for one last story before lights out be even a little concerned about the advantage they might be conferring?”

Sounds like there is now an attack on being a good parent, lets just pull those that know what to do down to the same level of those that don't know or give a damn. Wish the world would stop because I want to get off!

It’s the bedtime story privilege now.

Next it’ll be the “common sense privilige”.

Notice their idea that the government should be used to prevent reading to children.

Yeah, liberals, this IS your ideology. Own it.

In a more civilized age, people like this so-called ‘philosopher’ were tarred and feathered and ridden out of town on a rail.

As we can see, the portion of the brain that malfunctions complaining about parents reading bedtime stories to their kid, look to be affected by a lesion. (plop) Now that that has been excised, he won't be espousing any more of that foolishness...

“Should parents snuggling up for one last story before lights out be even a little concerned...

They shouldn't be "concerned", they should revel in it.

This is an insight into the liberal “mind.”
Everything is “equality” with them. They deny the reality that there are differences in ability and effort. Low IQ and laziness leads to a lower income. Liberals want to take money from those who work hard and are smart and give it to the stupid indolent ones.

Solution? Pick the WORST family possible and forcibly impose their behaviors on the rest.

Leveling the playing field (downward; the only direction collectivist can achieve).

When I read Kurt Vonnegut, Jr.’s “Harrison Bergeron” as a young teen, it was the most thought-provoking thing I had ever read. Little did I know at the time it was actually a prediction of the future, not just a strange little short story.
