Police reporting he shot himself.

Fox reporter said one of the guys with him said he was reaching into his waistband.

Also said only one shot fired. Hopefully the officers gun has not been fired.

The commander on the scene said the perps gun fell and went off. Mike Tobin verifies he only heard one gun shot.
