...or she is completely inept.

Frankly, that's not hard to believe.

The Prosecutor gave half truth....a 'spring assisted knife', in the city of Baltimore 'is illegal'.

She’ll have a difficult time pressing the issue of unlawful “ arrest”.

Looks like she wanted to cover all bases regardless if or not the truth and milk all the miles out of this case she can.

She did announce “This is our time”.

They’re creating as much confusion and misinformation as possible....and then some. It’s not difficult to figure out why that is. There are so many who will benefit by keeping the focus on Baltimore and this situation....none of which will be those who really need it.

The knife is a moot point. The SC has upheld the legality of arresting a fleeing suspect in a high crime area. Just by fleeing, they could arrest the heroin dealer.

If his knife was illegal (spring-loaded or Stiletto?), the State Attorney lied on that count alone.

Looks like they do not abide by the Second Amendment in Baltimore.

I thought the charges were related to homicide, not murder.

There’s only one relevant issue with respect to the riot motivation: Did the police deliberately mishandle Gray?

I forgot to add the disclaimer that I’m usually wrong about things :) sorry. If you know the difference, can you enlighten me? thanks ahead of time.

When the charge was first released, I read “homicide” which doesn’t necessitate the same intention as murder. It simply means human killing another human.

With that in mind, abortion clinics regularly commit homicide in the strictest legal sense.

Thank you....

My general sense, which is not law, is this “heroin dealer”.. ran... and was accustomed to doing so. Further, he certainly knew where it could end him by doing so because he was familiar with how the police work it.

You know they will, as a result of this, require officers take criminals to the hospital, thus taking them off the streets from doing their jobs, not to mention the costs to citizens in medical costs.

We might has well just roll out the red carpet and put them in hotel suites the way laws are designed now and “treatment” of criminals.

IS that true about abortion clinics? That’s the most horrifying thing I’ve read in a long time. Gives me chills. thanks for clearing up murder/homicide thing

Well, yeah — change up the terminology, and people get freaked out.

Abortion is legal killing of nascent human life.

I know many gals that have had abortions. It has NEVER ended well. 20 yeas later, they say they feel God is punishing them, or they have breakdown episodes, cant settle down, so many issues.
Hillary LIES. I hate the people who want to push the abortions not the people that have them.

Well, although women should know better, they were convinced that killing their unborn child was okay. And they’re being convinced the same today. It’s total betrayal by those perpetrating the abortion agenda.

I’m done. G’night.

Exactly correct. The charges are not going anywhere, except to discourage police officers nationwide. Pushing for that national police force better equipped than the military Obummer was seeking.

This smells of Valerie Jarrett to me. I think that witch is the one pulling the strings - just as she does as the defacto president of the United States.

However, she blatantly omitted the fact that spring assisted knives are illegal in the city of Baltimore.

He was a thug and criminal - I won't fault him for being outside a law that I consider unconstitutional....
