Columba Bush, the famously private wife of former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, appears to be taking on an increasingly prominent role in her husbands nascent presidential campaign.
Later this month, Mrs. Bush will headline a fundraiser for her husbands leadership PAC, Right to Rise, in Miami. This week, she attended a retreat for Mr. Bushs donors at an oceanfront luxury hotel in Miami Beach, where she gave a heartfelt speech about her husband, according to those present. Her name has also been popping up with increasing frequency in fundraising emails last week she asked supporters to join with my family and commit to stopping Hillary today.

Great. I can’t wait to hear her echo Jeb on how immigrants are so superior to native born Americans and that the country is doomed if we don’t join Jeb in allowing in even more future Democrats.
Jeb, how you going to get through the primaries?
Hey, have her sneak me in a nice gold Rolex next time.
How’s her English?
Just recently while currying favor with a large hispanic audience Jeb said that his family speaks Spanish at home.
One question for Mrs Bush...Do you have a mexican passport?
he he he
Is the Bush campaign this desperate? Seems like this is a big craps shoot. This Columba brings to mind Teresa Heinz Kerry.
Columba, your job will be to fix Jeb a Chi mi-changa whenever he’s hungry. /s
It’s clear that Jeb is the one fixing the Chimighungas, not the wife.
Jeb Bush murdered Terri Schiavo.
He could easily have saved her but refused to do it. Schweizer, author of “Clinton Cash” is coming out with a book on Jeb. Reportedly it focus on issues related to finances and special interests. Thus, it might not touch upon Terri’s murder.
He isn't. I think he is going to sink pretty fast. Aside from FL, where are his strengths in the primary season? And, with Rubio out there, even FL may not be so easy for him to take. I am amazed, constantly, at the way he disses and insults the base of the Republican party; and, yet, he doesn't seem to connect the dots of the base and winning in primaries. He has a boatload of money; but, the base seriously dislikes him.
I'm thinking he is going to try the ole Rudy Guilliani strategy of not really competeing in Iowa, because he thinks the primaries really start, at least for him, in Florida. It didn't work for Rudy. I don't know, maybe he can pull it off; but, I'm thinking that Rubio is going to pull a lot of the Hispanic vote from him (Hispanic wife will not help when they can vote for a Hispanic presidential candidate).
Rubio doesn’t have an Hispanic wife also?
I believe I saw her when he announced and she was blonde. Didn’t look at all Hispanic. At least, I think that was his wife.
Hispanic just means Spanish Speaking.....
