The Democrat Party has always been about oppressing blacks as a way to retain political power. After their defense of slavery failed at the hands of Republican President Abraham Lincoln, Democrats formed the Ku Klux Klan and instituted Jim Crow laws.
The Welfare State, created by Lyndon Johnson through The Great Society in 1964 (just a year after that quote), might have started with good intentions. In reality, though, it has turned out to be just another malevolent tactic designed to protect Democrats at the expense and well-being of the poor, who are disproportionately black.
After fifty years the science is settled: government social welfare programs have rained only ruin on America’s predominantly black cities. Therefore, any call to continue, or worse, expand policies that we now know will only result in failure, despair, and even violence, is nothing more an act of racism borne either of ignorance or design.
In the case of elected-Democrats and the media, it is mostly by design.
On paper, Baltimore — like Detroit, Oakland, Ferguson (St. Louis County) and Chicago — should be an urban, liberal paradise; a bright and shining example of how left-wing social programs managed by Democrats over a half-century are the answer to all of our problems. Instead things have only gotten worse. Much worse. Not just economically — most of all, culturally.
And the blame for this falls squarely on Democrats and the policies they continue to stand by, even as those policies serially devastate one black community after another.

The slow-motion train wreck we’re seeing unfold before our eyes in predominately black communities like Baltimore is as heartbreaking as it is preventable and unnecessary. And yet it is those of us calling for change and new leadership being called racist.
That is nothing more than projection.
Those fighting for the status quo of the welfare state, or worse, demanding we cravenly triple and quadruple down on it, obviously believe that keeping Democrats in power is worth the human cost to the black community.
They are America’s true racists.
The sad part is that a fairly honest and decent liberal democrat named Daniel Patrick Moynihan accurately predicted exactly what would happen, and they went ahead and did it anyway. So there’s really no excuse.
Here’s the question to ask the libs: “What’s the number? How much money? Give us a number that ‘end poverty as we know it.’”
Be sure and note that since 1964, trillions have been squandered on programs to ‘end poverty as we know it.’
The American people of all races will never figure it out. It’s not really complicated though.

Democratic control of Baltimore is the main cause of the riots and racial division in spite that all the power is in the hand of Black democrats for several generations.
We saw after receiing from the democratic mayor carte blanche to destroy the city.
Baltimore needs a new mayor, Toya Graham, the mother that took his son from the mob.
Facts are irrelevant for Anarchists, Communists, professionals agitators and “community organizers” followers of Marxist Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” strategy.
According to the FBI in 2011, 193 blacks were killed by whites, 448 White killed by Blacks while 2,447 blacks were killed by blacks. That is 2.3 times more whites killed by blacks than the other way around despite the fact that there’s six times as many whites in this country.
Do Black lives really matter? How many of the parents of Blacks murdered by Blacks received a call of Obama or send his personal representative to the funeral?

Not holding back one bit. Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke says O is “quietly enjoying” what’s going on in Baltimore because he’s a ‘promoter of division’ and has ‘benefitted politically’ from ‘dividing’ people.
Sheriff Clarke points out all the times President Obama has pitted one group of Americans against another. He also questions why Obama didn’t come out and speak about the Baltimore riots earlier. He was interviewed here on the Mark Levin Show

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke (D) blasted “failed liberal government policies” for miring people in cities like Baltimore in “generational poverty” and argued that change in Baltimore “needs to start in the politics, the failed liberal Democrat policies” on Wednesday’s “Hannity” on the Fox News Channel.
And Moynihan through his voting record joined in the plunder. He then suggested HRC replace him.
Part of the real solution should be, but won’t be, repeal of all minimum wage law; and make SNAP and EBT have limited lifetimes.
Let everybody have a job. And a reason to take it.
I think the real “Uncle Toms” of this country are the black people who keep voting for the same old leaders pushing the same old failed programs.
That’s exactly why Dhimmicraps want to do it.
