It was an ongoing investigation before the pictures were released, and before the rioting.
The police really was cleaning this one up.
But after Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin utterly failed to fly with the public, the socialists elected to try to incite riots over a police officer who actually was guilty of something (even though his fellow officers appeared to be in the process of bringing him to justice anyway) because the left wants riots.
The issue is never the issue. The issue is always the revolution.

Oh...checked out YouTube, and sure enough, there are some sporadic incidents of burglary, theft and arson happening, with lots of spectators gawking at them. Wow! Glad I don’t live in a big city or watch much TV!

I have never understood, and still don’t, why the fire dept isn’t used more effectively to end these type riots. It can’t be much more than 50 degrees in Baltimore today and a few tanker trucks dousing you with water should go a long way toward sending you home....guard the fire trucks EXTREMELY well and touch one at your own peril.
