This is one of those videos that really requires no explanation. Two of the apparent rioters in Baltimore took time out from looting and injuring police to take pictures with the fruits of their labors. Trophies, as CNN commentator notes.
The rioting in Baltimore had been underway for about two hours at this point, a situation that one reporter described as "all out war."

Her clarification didn’t really make any difference to me. I really didn’t believe she meant that she gave protesters “space to destroy” when I heard her say it. I cringed, because I thought at the time that it was poorly worded and ambiguous.
I’m gonna have to say, I feel CNN provides the most up to date and thorough looter coverage of all the networks .....
Just switched to CNN from another network and the difference is clear.
He said it was well organized like it had been planned for months. Kinda makes you wonder if it is the same talent pool from Ferguson.
Somebody needs to start finding these "outside organizers", finding out who sent them and working up the chain of command leaving a trail of bodies behind.
Many have commented here in the past on how CNN seems to have better coverage of breaking news than Fox, whether domestic or foreign.
They don't start showing their bias until they can pick up the buzz from the liberal hive. In many cases, the hive can't figure out how to spin a situation for a day or two. During that interval, CNN is a bit more objective than otherwise.
Not that I watch it. I haven't had cable in my house for about 16 years.

Yeah something is definitely going on. First off, a cop has to be out of his mind today to kill even dare shoot someone black. Losing his job would be the least of his worries. And second, it keeps happening! Are cops suddenly going insane or is something else going on here? A few weeks ago we had what looked like a cop doing it deliberately in South Carolina. The black guy runs away is some distance away from the cop and the cop takes careful aim and fires off 8 shots. And what does he do immediately after? He looks at the guy holding the camera filming him......

He KNEW he was being filmed! And if that isn’t enough, he then plants evidence! On camera! What kind of nut would do this in todays climate especially on camera? Someone who was doing it DELIBERATELY. Who is this “Officer Michael Slager”? What is his history? That’s what I want to know.
And then you get this cop, follows a black guy into a gas station, black guy gets out of his car THEN the cop asks for his license...What do people normally do when they are pulled over? Get out their license and registration. Where do people usually keep their registration? In the glove compartment! Where does he go? Back into the car to get his registration and he is shot multiple times “Oh I thought he was reaching for a gun” Say WHAT?

This is deliberate, they are doing this stuff deliberately. What is the history of this cop? Who is he? I bet the closer we get to 2016 the more this increases. This is Kenyan prodding the black community into full out war so he can declare martial law.
